Temple Highlights

This temple is situated at Thiruninravur in Thiruvellore District of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Thiruninravur is located on the Chennai Central Avadi Arakkonam Railway Route. The temple is present at a distance of about 6 Kilometer from Avadi and 1 Kilometer from Thiruninravur Railway Station and Bus Stand.

The Temple was inaugurated on 6th September 1998 by Allah Malik Sri Santhana Saibaba Guruji.

Shri.R.Santhana Krishnan is the founder President of the Temple. The temple trust is taking care of the day to day activities and overall development of the temple.

The Temple was started 15 years back with Black Stone Idol of Shirdi Saibaba in a 3x3 ft Sanctum Sanctorum, Dwarakamai and Dhuni.

In the year 2009, the black stone Idol was replaced with a Beautiful 5 Feet Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba donated by a Sai Devotee.

A Beautiful Black Stone Idol of Raghavendra Swamy was installed in June 2011.

Dwarakamai, Gurusthan and Sacred Dhuni are also present in the Temple.

Activities and Services

Daily Programme

Temple Timings:

Morning: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Evening: 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Aarti Timings

Noon Aarti at 12:00 PM on all Sundays.

  • On every Thursday evening Sai Bhajan is conducted and by 7.45 pm Palki procession is carried out and on completion of Palki Procession, Aarti will be performed and prasadam will be distributed.

  • On every Sunday at 10.30 am Abhishekam to Saibaba is performed followed by Noon Aarti at 12 PM and Maha Prasadam distribution for about 100 persons is carried out.

Large Scale celebration of festivals:

  1. Temple Anniversary on 6th September of every year.

Social Service Activities

  • Poor feeding every Sundays at Temple premises after Noon Aarti.
  • Prasadam / Food are being sent to the nearest Old Age Home to about 50 persons on their request.

An Appeal for Donation:

The expansion work for the temple has been planned and for the same the temple has been shifted temporarily to the first floor of the existing building to accommodate about 150 devotees. The initial phase of the expansion work has been started on 29th Sept 2011 with the help of many philanthropic Sai Devotees. Now the Rajagopuram work is nearing the completion and the temple trust has started working on the extension of the Dhuni – the sacred fire to the Meditation Hall. The Temple Trust is also working for installation of Sri Anjeneya swami and the lord Vinayaka in the temple hall and planning to bring all this under one roof. The Temple trust is in need of funds to complete the work and do Kumbhabishekam. Income Tax Department has given Tax Exemption (80-G) to Sai Brahma Mission Charitable Trust (R).  Sai Brahma Charitable Trust (R) solicits monetary support and contributions from the devotees and philanthropic public to successfully fund the Temple Activities. Donations can be sent way of Cash / Cheque / DD in favour of Sai Brahma Charitable Trust (R)”  at the below mentioned Bank Account.
